Terms Of Service

By booking/setting an appointment with Denuo Detailing you acknowledge that:

- Denuo Detailing will NOT be held responsible for items claimed to be missing upon completion of job. 

- Denuo Detailing will NOT be held responsible for damages claimed to have been made during any appointment. 

- Package prices are minimum estimates, prices are subject to change during detailing sessions. (Customer WILL be contacted if price changes during an appointment for confirmation that price adjustment is acceptable.)

Price upon job completion is final.

- Payment is due upon job completion / Date of invoice sent to customer.

- It is YOUR responsibility to remove anything of value from your vehicle before your appointment. Denuo Detailing does remove garbage and waste during cleaning and you will not be compensated for misplaced belongings.

( Items such as car insurance papers, sunglasses in sunglass holder will be temporarily moved to clean glove box etc and immediately placed back where found.)

Denuo Detailing offers a mobile detailing service for a small fee of at least $20 (depending on distance) which will be added onto your invoice (charge may not appear at checkout) We will require the following:

- Customers Forename and surname

- Address of which the job will take place

- Email address

- Phone number

- Vehicle make and model
